Amazon Luna's January lineup includes Madden NFL 26 for free

Amazon's January lineup for its Luna game streaming service is now set, with a mix of new releases and free PC games available to Prime members. The highlight of the month is Madden NFL 26, which will be made available to stream from January 10 through February 10. For those who prefer not to play through the cloud, Amazon will also give away several free PC games.

Among the free PC games offered this month are Sid Meier's Civilization VI and other titles such as Brigador: Up-Armored Edition, Reflections of Life: Dark Architect Collector's Edition, Gunslugs: Rogue Tactics, and DeathKeep.

In addition to the new releases and free PC games, Luna will also feature several "GameNight" games that can be streamed using smartphones. These include Tricky Towers, a multiplayer physics-based building game, The Jackbox Party Pack 3, and Alan Wake Remastered.

The full list of games available on Luna this month includes Madden NFL 26, as well as the free PC titles mentioned above.

so they're giving away some free PC games to prime members... sounds good, but I'm a bit skeptical about the selection sid meier's civilization VI is actually really old, and i've never played it before... maybe it'll be alright? also, why are they only making madden nfl 26 available for streaming on the cloud? can't we just play it on our own console or something?

I'm kinda stoked about The Jackbox Party Pack 3 and Tricky Towers being available on GameNight though - it's always a blast playing those kinds of games with friends over screens.
