just reading this and gotta say, i'm intrigued by quigley's "tough love leader" vibe 
. seems like he's got some balls to go after the city's pension crisis head-on 
. privatizing underpopulated public schools is definitely a wild card move, but if it means reducing costs, idk why not? 
my only concern is that his approach might come off as too corporate or out of touch with community leaders

so like mike quigley just announced he's runnin 4 chicago mayoral seat & he's all about fixin the citys problems lol i think its pretty cool that he's willin to take tough stances & make some major changes but idk if privatizin public schools is really the way to go
