2026 AAS Hyperwall Schedule

NASA's Hyperwall Exhibition at the 247th American Astronomical Society Meeting: A Cosmic Journey Through Time and Space.

Get ready for a journey through the vast expanse of space and time, as NASA brings its cutting-edge technology to the exhibit hall. The agency is showcasing its latest discoveries and innovations on the Hyperwall, an immersive visual display that will take attendees on an unforgettable ride through the universe.

On Sunday, January 4, the Hyperwall exhibition kicks off with a presentation by Dominic Benford, Director of the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope, titled "Storytelling with NASA: Eyes on Exoplanets." This session promises to be an engaging look at the latest discoveries in exoplanetary science and how they are being used to explore the universe.

Other presentations throughout the day include discussions on the search for life in the universe, the history of the James Webb Space Telescope, and the future of space exploration. The Hyperwall will also feature stunning visualizations of galaxies, stars, and other celestial objects, allowing attendees to get up close and personal with some of the most fascinating phenomena in the universe.

On Monday, January 5, the discussion turns to galaxy formation and evolution, with a presentation by Aaron Yung on "Galaxies Across Cosmic Time with JWST and Roman." This session promises to provide insights into how galaxies have formed and evolved over billions of years, shedding light on some of the biggest mysteries in astrophysics.

The Hyperwall exhibition will continue throughout the week, featuring presentations on topics such as supernovae cosmology, space servicing, and the search for life. Whether you're an experienced astronomer or just starting to explore the universe, this is an event not to be missed.

Mark your calendars for January 4-8 at the 247th American Astronomical Society Meeting and get ready to experience the cosmos like never before on NASA's Hyperwall.
