I'm literally shaking over here! Can you believe a nationwide Verizon outage just left millions of people without cell phone service? 
It's so frustrating when these kinds of things happen, especially in NYC where everyone relies on their phones. I feel bad for the users who had to deal with panic and uncertainty. 155k reported outages is insane! 
The fact that other carriers were affected too but didn't get as much attention is just wrong

! How can you not have reliable communication services? This is like, a basic expectation for citizens these days 
, like whats the big deal? its just a network glitch, happens to everyone. they're doin what they can to fix it, and honestly i'm more worried about those people who actually think they need their phones 24/7
