Her son’s injury never got its day in vaccine court. Their lawyer is now advising RFK Jr. on its overhaul

omg, can't believe what's going on here 🤯. this mom's son got a rare vaccine reaction and now she's fighting for justice 🙏. but it's so frustrating that some lawyers are more interested in lining their pockets with taxpayer dollars 💸 than actually helping these families in need.

i mean, the VICP was created to be a safety net for people who get hurt by vaccines, but instead some lawyers are exploiting the system and pushing clients towards lawsuits 🚫. it's like they're more worried about getting paid a million bucks than making sure their clients get the help they need 💸.

it just doesn't seem right that some lawyers are making millions off of vaccine court cases while these families are still struggling to make ends meet 🤷‍♀️. shouldn't we be prioritizing people's health and well-being over profits? 🤔

🤔 This whole situation with Keithron and his mom Melanie just smells fishy to me 🐟. They say Andrew Downing was supposed to help her get compensation, but then he steers her away from the program and towards a lawsuit against Merck? Sounds like a money grab to me 💸. And then there's this crazy fact that lawyers are getting paid $280 million since 2020 for cases they didn't even win 🤑. It's like, what's going on here?

I'm also not buying the whole "incentives to direct more people" claim from Dorit Reiss 🤷‍♀️. I mean, wouldn't that just be a bunch of lawyers trying to make more money off of vulnerable families? And what about all these VICP claims that were never paid out? That's some serious red flag 🔴.

I don't know if Melanie and Keithron are just getting taken advantage of or not, but it seems like there's definitely some shady stuff going on here 🤥. Can we get more information about the VICP and how these lawyers are making their money? 💸
