Most of Great Britain's major rail operators are back in public hands – is it working?

🚂 2,100 services daily feels like a lot, right? Still, 9/10 punctuality targets ain't too shabby... but what's the point of being on time if ppl still complain about delays? I mean, is it really that hard to manage expectations? Anyway, glad someone's workin' hard at ScotRail. 🙏

man, i'm kinda disappointed but also kinda surprised that most rail operators in the uk are getting their punctuality targets met... like, 9/10 ain't bad or nothing 🤔, but think about all those people stuck on delayed trains, wondering when they're gonna get to where they're going. it's still a big deal, you know? and customer service? that's like the ultimate rail operator challenge, bro 😂. i mean, it's great that everyone at scotrail is working hard to deliver a safe ride, but what about making it actually enjoyable for passengers?! 🚂💨

🚂 I think its crazy how much pressure these rail operators are under, especially with so many services running every day. I mean, 2,100 services daily? That's like trying to cook meals for the entire country at once 😂. But seriously, punctuality is key and if they're hitting most of their targets, that's a big win. The only thing I'd say is that customer service should be just as important, you know? Like, what's the point of being on time if everyone's just gonna stand there looking grumpy 😐.
