omg u no the rikers island situation is getting super crazy they've been tryin to fix this for yrs but it's like, the more they try, the more things fall apart i feel bad for ardit billa fam, his story is just heartbreaking i mean, who leaves a dude in toilet with head down? it's basic human decency 101. anywayz, gotta give props to mayor mamdani for at least tryin to do somethin right but like, u need more than just an exec order, fam this is a systemic problem that requires major overhaul hope the new remediation manager can bring about real change
