"Star Wars Legend Reacts to Acosta's Impression"

In a recent video interview with CNN, Star Wars legend Mark Hamill sat down with journalist Jim Acosta to discuss his thoughts on the possibility of a Luke Skywalker spin-off series. The conversation took an unexpected turn when Acosta attempted to channel Hamill as Darth Vader during their discussion.

Hamill was visibly taken aback by Acosta's impression, but he couldn't help but laugh at the audacity of it all. "That's a great Darth Vader!" Hamill exclaimed, playfully teasing Acosta on his impression skills.

Acosta, known for his in-depth interviews with celebrities, took on a different role for once, embracing his inner Jedi to give Hamill a run for his money as Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader. The lighthearted exchange added a humorous touch to the conversation, which also touched on the current state of the Star Wars franchise.

The interview, which lasted 2 minutes and 47 seconds, offers fans a unique glimpse into the world of Star Wars, with Hamill sharing his insights on what makes Luke Skywalker so endearing to audiences worldwide.

🤣 I mean, who wouldn't love to see Jim Acosta trying to channel Darth Vader? That was pretty funny! 😂 The fact that Mark Hamill laughed it off and played along is just perfect. It's great to see celebrities having a good time on live TV. And can we talk about how awesome it is that we're still getting new Star Wars content after all these years? 🚀 2 minutes and 47 seconds flew by, didn't it? I wonder if there'll be more spin-off series or movies in the works... 🤔

I think Acosta's attempt at channeling Darth Vader was kinda genius 😏. I mean, who doesn't love seeing their favorite journalists try to channel their inner villain? It added a whole new level of fun to the interview 🤣. And let's be real, Hamill was totally caught off guard, but in a good way 😂. It's not every day you get to see a journalist try to out-actor a Star Wars legend 👏. The fact that he owned it and kept going with it is impressive too 💪. Maybe we should see more of this kind of lighthearted banter from Acosta in the future? 🤔

I'm not buying it... Acosta's Darth Vader impression was kinda cringeworthy 🙅‍♂️. I mean, I get that he's trying to be funny, but it came across as more like a try-hard dad joke. Hamill played it cool, which is what made the whole thing work, imo 😊. Still, can we talk about how weird it is for a journalist to try to channel a character? It felt like something out of a parody sketch 🤣. And 2 minutes and 47 seconds on that topic? That's just excessive 🙄.

I gotta say, that's actually kind of cool how Jim Acosta tried to channel Mark Hamill as Darth Vader 😊. I mean, it takes some guts to try something like that in a serious interview setting. And kudos to Mark for not taking offense and just going with the flow - it really added to the lighthearted vibe of the convo 🤣. It's always fun to see celebrities being good sports about things like this. The fact that they could poke fun at each other like that just shows how down-to-earth they both are 💡.

OMG this guy Acosta is like a total comedic genius lol 🤣 can't even imagine him as Luke or Vader, but I guess it's kinda funny now that he did 😂 Mark Hamill is still super cool btw 👍 2 minutes and 47 seconds interview tho? feels like just a glimpse into his mind, what else does this guy have up his sleeve? 🤔

omg can u blv Mark Hamill is still got it?? I mean I was laughing out loud when he said Acosta's Darth Vader impression was "great" lololol like Acosta thought he was gonna give Hamill a run for his money but really he just gave him life lol. I feel bad for Acosta tho, he must've been nervous trying to channel Vader and still get the quote right. anyway Mark Hamill is literally a legend and I'm so grateful we got to see this interview - it's like getting a glimpse into the Star Wars universe from a different perspective 🤣🚀

🤣 I think it's so cool how Mark Hamill was totally caught off guard by Jim Acosta's Darth Vader impression 😂! It's awesome that Acosta decided to break character and have some fun with the interview 🎉. I love how they both just went with it and had a good laugh about it 🤣. It shows that even in serious conversations, you can still have a bit of humor and playfulness 💡. Maybe next time they'll even get to channel their inner Jedi together 👽🤖

LOL what's up with Jim Acosta trying to be Darth Vader? 😂 I mean, it's not like he completely butchered it, but come on, dude! Mark Hamill was just messing with him and that made the whole convo 100x more entertaining 🤣. And can we talk about how cool it is that they even did a Luke Skywalker spin-off series? It's like the galaxy far, far away is getting a reboot 💫. I'm so here for it! 👏

I think it's pretty funny that Jim Acosta tried to channel Mark Hamill as Darth Vader during their interview 🤣👊. I mean, who wouldn't want to see a grown man try to do the iconic breathing sound effect? 😂 But what really caught my attention was how genuinely surprised and amused Hamill was by it all 🤦‍♂️. It's clear that Acosta knows his Star Wars stuff pretty well and isn't afraid to have some fun with it. The way they played off each other during the interview was just infectious - it made me want to watch the whole thing over again 😄. And let's be real, who doesn't love seeing a celebrity get roasted in a lighthearted way? 🤣 It just goes to show that even with all the seriousness and gravitas that comes with being a journalist, you can still have a good time and poke fun at yourself.

dude I think Acosta got roasted lol he tried to channel hamill but clearly didn't pull it off as well as hamill does in real life 🤣 anyway its cool that hamill can just laugh at himself and not take it too seriously, shows hes still down to earth after all these years 👏 what do you guys think about a luke skywalker spin-off series tho? should they leave it alone or try to come up with something new 🤔

I just saw that video of Mark Hamill's reaction to Jim Acosta's Darth Vader impression 🤣👽 and I gotta say, it's pretty funny how Acosta took a risk like that! But you know what's not funny? The fact that the Star Wars franchise is getting old and some people are trying to revive it with spin-offs... Like, we get it, Luke Skywalker is iconic, but can't they just leave him alone?! 🙄 The interview was actually pretty interesting though, I liked how Mark Hamill shared his insights on what makes Luke so endearing to fans worldwide. Still, I'm not sure if a Luke Skywalker spin-off series is going to be as good as the original trilogy... The franchise has been feeling kinda meh lately 💔

🤣 I loved this part of the interview where Acosta just went for it and tried to channel Darth Vader 😂. It's hilarious how Mark Hamill couldn't help but laugh at it, he's such a good sport about it! I think it says a lot about Acosta as an interviewer that he was willing to take risks like that and have some fun with the interview 🤸‍♂️. And you know what's even better? The fact that Hamill teased him playfully afterwards 🤣, it's clear they had a blast chatting together!

I gotta say, I'm both amused and impressed by Jim Acosta's attempt at channeling Mark Hamill as Darth Vader 😂👊. As a fan of Star Wars myself, it's always cool to see journalists having fun with their subjects, but at the same time, you've got to respect Mark's reaction - he seemed genuinely taken aback for a second there! 🤣 Anyway, I think it's awesome that they were able to have a lighthearted conversation about Luke Skywalker and the Star Wars franchise as a whole. It's not every day you see journalists letting their hair down like that 💇‍♂️. Maybe next time Acosta should try his hand at being Luke Skywalker, but for now, I'm just happy to see Mark Hamill smiling 😊!
