! I feel so bad for those who lost power and heat during it. I live in NY and we're lucky to have some heat still, but my neighbor's family had no hot water or electricity for 3 days straight... that's just not right 
. On the bright side, everyone is super chill about it now, people are being really supportive of each other and checking on their neighbors 
. I'm all for sharing stories like this to help others who might be going through something similar

Ugh, this is just so depressing! I mean, I get that winter storms can be intense, but 7 fatalities?! That's just crazy. And all those people left without power... it's like, basic human needs, right? Can't we do better than that?

I'm glad no one was seriously hurt, but I can only imagine how tough it must be to deal with all this.
. Like, when you're stuck inside with no power and can't even watch your favorite show, just talking to yourself or a friend can be a lifesaver. And have you tried making a playlist of winter jams? It's like a mini-vacation from the chaos outside

. I'm worried about these ppl who are struggling to get power back on and basic necessities. They should def get some help from the gov't or whatever orgs are available. But at the same time, can't we just say that Mother Nature's being harsh? Like, she's a force of nature, you know? She doesn't care about our schedules or plans... 
. it's not just about being prepared for the worst, but also about having the resources to recover quickly when the storm passes 
. have they thought about the elderly and vulnerable populations who might be struggling even more? we need to make sure everyone has access to basic necessities during this time
