The idea that our tastes can be trained is so true. We always think we know what we like and dislike, but it's amazing how much of an impact trying new things can have on our lives. I've found myself feeling more connected to people and excited about the world around me since taking up a few new hobbies. It's not just about learning something new, but also about being open to experiences that might challenge us.
