I'm totally loving Davina McCall on Long Lost Family this season , it's like you're right there with the families as they search for answers about their past. I mean, can you even imagine finding out that your parents were your grandparents? Mind blown! But what's really got me is how emotional these shows are - it's like you're crying along with them, feeling all the feels .

And LOL at Lorraine Kelly trying out weird relaxation techniques on her Norwegian adventure . I mean, who needs a goat massage? But hey, at least she's getting some quality time in nature and finding inspiration for her next TV project.

Travel presenter Michael Portillo seems like so much fun! Trying all those pintxos and flamenco moves - what's not to love about Spain?! And those two comedians trying their hand at curling... I need to see this show ASAP!

But seriously, that 'Black Ops' spy comedy sounds so entertaining! Who wouldn't want to watch Kay and Dom causing chaos with their off-the-books surveillance? And the documentary series on Palestine Action... ugh, it's all just a bit too much right now . Can we talk about something else for a sec?
