UK credit card borrowing rises at fastest annual rate in almost two years

I'm getting a bit worried about these credit card numbers 🤑... £2.1 billion in one month? That's crazy! I think it's because people are really struggling to make ends meet, especially when it comes to Christmas expenses. 14 million people can't even afford Christmas, and it's not just that - everyday expenses are getting out of control too. And don't even get me started on inflation... 3.2% is still way too high. I'm not sure if this credit card borrowing trend will last or if we'll see a bigger spike in debt later on. The fact that people are reorganising their finances ahead of tax changes just makes me think they're trying to hedge their bets, you know? 💸

I'm getting a bit worried about all this credit card debt building up... it's like we're just delaying the inevitable, you know? 🤔 They're saying 14 million people can't afford Christmas and that's what's making them turn to credit cards? It's not exactly a confidence booster for me. The rising inflation rates are still a bit of a concern too, but I guess it's just part of the cycle now... 😬

😳 £2.1 billion is like, whoa! I'm not surprised tho, christmas is like, a major expense for most ppl. 🎄 I mean, its like, you gotta have some holiday cheer but also bills to pay lol. I think experts are right, this might be people struggling to make ends meet, which is super worrying tbh. 💸 3.2% inflation is still pretty high and i dont see it coming down anytime soon. 🤔 Retailers saying shop prices are rising but discounts & promotions helping ppl out? That's some good news i guess? 🎁
