I gotta say, I'm super confused about this whole thing 
. Like, how can something that's so intense and scary ( SWAT team involved) not be a major deal? 
And on the other hand, it's kinda reassuring that no one got hurt, right? 
But wait, if nobody was hurt... what exactly did they do to "bring the situation under control"? 
I mean, did they just, like, talk some sense into this person or something? 
Or is there more to it than we're being told? 
And can't help but think that maybe we should know what was going on in their head before things escalated...
