

OMG, this is so sad... I mean, I know people with dementia and it's hard enough when they just forget where they put their keys but I never thought about them going out into the snow like this. It's crazy how hypothermia can happen even in low temps
I'm all for the outreach workers checking on vulnerable folks every two hours, but you're right, we need more permanent solutions too

Like, let's get those homeless people into stable housing already!

And trust building? Yeah, that's a big one... we can't just keep putting Band-Aids on it
I mean, I'm not saying the mayor isn't doing enough, but what if we have more warming centers and more outreach workers to really make a difference? And can we please get some better public awareness campaigns to educate people about this stuff?
