with mccain's shooting skills on point now. embiid's always been a dominant force but this partnership is giving me life

i mean, george's out for 25 games so they need players like him to step up. sharpe from the nets could be the answer tho 
he's got that elite backup center vibe and would give embiid some much-needed support on the low.
and saddiq bey from the pelicans is also a dark horse
he's been hot lately and can score from anywhere which makes him a great add to their rotation. but like, they gotta make a move soon or else mccain's gonna be stuck in neutral

. But at the same time, we've seen similar combinations fail in the past (think of JJ Redick's stint with the 76ers). It'll take some time for them to really gel and make it work 
. On another note, I'm loving Maxey's straightforward advice to McCain - if you're open, shoot!

We gotta believe that young McCain is gonna step up his game and become a game-changer for the 76ers! It won't be easy, but with Embiid pushing him to be more aggressive and confident on the court, I think he's got this! The team needs players like McCain to make some noise while George is out. And who knows, maybe they'll find another diamond in the rough like Sharpe or Bey? Let's see what happens next season...
