this is just heartbreaking ... a 911 call where people are literally begging for help because their son is having a mental breakdown and the police show up with guns drawn instead of ambulances is just inhumane . and now he's facing prosecution? what were they thinking? it's not like Jabez was trying to hurt anyone, just someone who needs help. the NYPD needs to retrain their officers on how to handle mental health crises because this isn't a policing issue, it's a human rights issue .
