Amid playoff push, Bears survey season-ticket holders on potential Northwest Indiana stadium

I'm not sure about this idea... I mean, a new stadium in Indiana? It's gonna be 20 miles from Chicago and they're asking fans how much they're willing to pay? I think it's a bit too much for some of us. I love my Bears but if I wanna go watch the game I'd rather not have to drive all the way out to Indy ๐Ÿ˜’.

And what's with the $2 billion price tag? That's crazy! I don't know how they're gonna pay that off, especially since we gotta worry about paying for infrastructure upgrades in Chicago. I'm worried it's just a money grab. They should focus on making Soldier Field better before they start building some new fancy stadium on the other side of the state ๐Ÿค”.

I guess it's good that governor Pritzker is willing to help out, but we gotta make sure they're not taking advantage of us. We need to know what this stadium's gonna look like and how it's gonna benefit the community before we start paying for it ๐Ÿ’ธ.

I'm kinda low-key surprised they're considering building a new stadium in Indiana ๐Ÿค” I mean, I get it, Soldier Field is old and all that jazz, but 20 miles north? It's gonna take some convincing to make me think that's where I wanna spend my Sundays watching the Bears play ๐Ÿˆ. And what's with the price tag? $2 billion?! That's a whole lotta cash ๐Ÿ’ธ. I'm not saying it can't be done, but it feels like a pretty steep investment. Plus, I'm curious about why they're trying to negotiate property tax payments with local governments โ€“ seems like they want to make sure they're coming out on top ๐Ÿค‘.

I'm kinda stoked that the Bears are thinking about getting a new stadium, but 20 miles from Chicago feels like a stretch ๐Ÿค”. I get that they wanna create a "fan-first" experience, but we're talking about fans who are used to Soldier Field's energy, you know? Plus, have they considered how it'll affect our beloved lakefront views and traffic jams? ๐Ÿš—๐Ÿ’จ As for the $2 billion price tag, that's a whole lotta money ๐Ÿ’ธ. I hope they can find a way to make it work, but I'm not holding my breath yet ๐Ÿ˜. The location options in Hammond or Gary are interesting, though - maybe they'll find something that works ๐Ÿคž. One thing for sure, though: if there's gonna be a new stadium, we gotta make sure it's one that serves the entire city, not just some fancy neighborhood spot ๐ŸŒ†๐Ÿ’•

๐Ÿค— I feel you... new stadium on the horizon could be super exciting for Bears fans! ๐Ÿˆ๐Ÿ’จ But can you imagine leaving Soldier Field? ๐Ÿ˜• Those memories are hard to let go of. Plus, the logistics of making it work with both stadiums seem daunting ๐Ÿคฏ. And what about the environmental impact of a new dome in Indiana? ๐ŸŒŽ Not sure I'm all for that... but at the same time, a modern fan experience sounds pretty appealing ๐Ÿ˜Š. Fingers crossed something works out and you get to stay close to home โค๏ธ

I'm thinking this move by the Chicago Bears might be a game-changer ๐Ÿค”, but is it worth splitting hairs about paying off debt at Soldier Field? I mean, come on, George McCaskey wants to play nice with state lawmakers, that's cool and all ๐Ÿ˜Š. But let's get real, if they're gonna spend $2 billion on a new stadium in Indiana, it's gotta be worth the investment for taxpayers too ๐Ÿ’ธ. Illinois Governor JB Pritzker is being all diplomatic as usual ๐Ÿ™, but I'm curious to see what happens next. Will the Bears find their perfect "home" across the border or are they gonna stay put? One thing's for sure, fans are gonna be on high alert when it comes to this stadium drama ๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ!
