I just saw this thread pop up and I'm like... what took everyone so long? I mean, it's not like xAI didn't know creating non-consensual explicit content was a bad idea from the start. The fact that they developed a "spicy mode" as a marketing thingy and then went ahead to create this stuff without consent is just wild. Like, don't you guys have lawyers or something? Anyway, I'm glad Rob Bonta is stepping in and putting pressure on xAI to do the right thing. It's about time someone held them accountable for this kind of stuff.
