California is taking a major step towards making electric vehicles more affordable for everyone! $200 million is a huge amount of money and it's awesome that they're proposing a rebate system similar to the federal tax credits. I've been eyeing an EV for ages but the prices have been kinda out of my league 
This could be the push I need to make the switch from my old gas-guzzler.
I'm curious though, how will the state ensure that these incentives are accessible to everyone? Like, what about people who can't afford a new car or want to buy a used one? Should they just have to wait till the program is more established?
And btw, have you guys heard of any other states taking similar steps to support EV adoption? I feel like we're in this together, you know?

I gotta say, $200 million for EV incentives? That's a solid start, but we need more . I mean, think about it, most people can't afford those fancy new EVs without some help 
. And with the federal credits gone, California is basically stepping up to fill the gap 
. But what really gets me excited (and a little sad) is how this program might impact used car sales ️... I know it's not the same as buying brand new, but still, it's like we're just extending a safety net for people who can't afford that "luxury" 
. On the bright side, 30% of new car sales being EVs is kinda awesome ! We gotta keep pushing towards those sustainable transportation goals 
... or at least try to
