I'm so over this SummerStage thing 
. I mean, 40 years is cool and all, but what's with all the hype? It's just a bunch of free outdoor concerts and festivals... how original 
. Don't get me wrong, I love live music as much as the next person, but can't they come up with something more unique than rehashing the same old NYC sounds 
. And what's with all the nostalgia? "Oh look, we have photos from past events!" 
like that's gonna make it any more special for anyone who wasn't around back then

...think about all the amazing music we've had over the yrs... from hip hop to jazz to rock... and now they're doing an online thing where u can share ur own vids & pics... that's nice 
, remember when it was just about indie bands and small jazz clubs? Nowadays, it's like they're trying to cram every genre under the sun into one festival... I mean, I love the diversity and all, but sometimes I wish for a more chill vibe. Oh, and what's with the online experience? In my day, we had to rely on mixtapes and cassette players to get our fix of live music 
. Anyway, 40 years is a big deal, I guess it's cool that they're celebrating their heritage... just hope they don't change the formula too much
