Ugh, think people are gonna freak out because the marathon sold out lol what's wrong with that? Can't even get tickets anymore? Makes me glad I'm not one of those crazed runners 
. And honestly, who needs to track their favorite runner on race day? It's just a bunch of unnecessary tech stuff. Can't we just enjoy the actual run and cheer for each other instead? The expo sounds like a total mess already...all that hype around some people running 5Ks

i mean, that's pretty intense for runners of all levels, they gotta have some other events lined up so ppl can still get their run on throughout the weekend 
. and btw, 54th edition? thats wild, thought it was only gonna happen every few yrs 
I mean, I can barely get myself to run 3 miles without needing an entire pizza by the end of it. anyway, I'm so glad they're doing some fun activities throughout the weekend too... I need something to do besides train myself crazy for months 
I also love how its not just about the running, theres all these other activities & events throughout the weekend 2 cater 2 runners of all levels 
. And can we talk abt the stories featured on dis event? A mom who ran her 1st marathon after havin 6 kiddos & a guy who lost over 100 lbs 4 his 1st half-marathon? Soooo inspiring

But wait, that's not true! The event is actually designed to minimize congestion by using corrals and pulsed start times... or so they claim 
. I'm pretty sure the actual organizers are just winging it and hoping for the best 
️. On the other hand, having a Shake Out Run on Friday sounds like a great way to get those endorphins pumping! 
And let's be real, who wouldn't want to run through the beautiful neighborhoods of Houston? 
... unless they're planning on running past their personal limits and ending up at the hospital
