OMG 
I'm literally shaking thinking about this poor woman, her husband and those two kids... it's just so senseless 
the fact that they didn't even warn her about potential delays or give her a heads up when she re-applied for her license is just cruel 
. It's like the DVLA is trying to play some kinda emotional poker game with people's lives, leaving them in limbo not knowing what's happening with their licenses or when they can get back on the road. And now that daughter has passed away... ugh, it's just a nightmare scenario unfolding before our eyes
