Ugh, Elon Musk is at it again

... I mean, I'm all for innovation and trying new things, but come on! A botched Twitter purge? It's like he just threw a bunch of darts at the wall and hoped some of them would stick. And that New York Times account getting singled out? What even is the point of that?
I get it, he wants to make money off his new subscription service, but honestly, it feels like he's more concerned with lining his own pockets than with actually fixing Twitter. And now we're stuck dealing with this messy verification system and wondering if anyone knows what they're doing behind the scenes

.
It's like he took a step back from trying to make a positive change and just went for the profit instead. I mean, what was the point of even having a new verification system if it's just going to be used to make more money?
I guess this is just another example of how Twitter has become a bit of a wild card under Elon Musk's leadership

. You never know what's going to happen next or who's going to get screwed over in the process. And yeah, that includes us poor users who are just trying to stay connected with our friends and family
