Enzo Maresca has been sacked as Chelsea manager after just over a year in charge. I mean, can't say I'm surprised really... Chelsea's been struggling to find their footing under Enzo Maresca and it's not like he didn't have some decent moments when he first took the job, like that Club World Cup win 
But yeah, the results just haven't added up and now they're letting him go. 
It's all about finding that balance between youth development and bringing in experience I guess. So, who do you think will step in next?

i feel bad for the guy, he did win that Club World Cup with them which is pretty cool. but gotta admit, 1 year in charge and no major domestic titles isn't exactly what you'd call a resounding success 
i think it's easy to forget about the guys who do good work behind the scenes or make sacrifices for the team, like players who get injured or staff who work tirelessly to keep things running. anyway, hope Maresca finds another job he likes soon, maybe something in Italy that'll help him shine

just wondering how did this happen so fast? i mean, enzo maresca had some great moments as chelsea manager, like that club world cup win but couldn't really get the domestic league results going. 1-3 defeats to teams we should be beating is not good enough 
and now he's gone. don't wanna say it was his fault alone tho, gotta think about the board, the owners, all that. maybe they just didn't see him doin' the job . anyway, can't wait to see who gets in next hope it's someone who knows how to bring that league title back
