i mean, its pretty clear eu needs to take control of its own tech situation . 300 billion euro for a decade is a lot of money but think about it like this: can you imagine if amazon or google went down and all our personal info was compromised? thats the risk we're taking by relying on them too much. anyway, i hope they figure out this digital sovereignty thing soon
