Football transfer rumours: Liverpool in for Van de Ven? Troy Parrott to Leeds?

Liverpool eyeing Tottenham's Van de Ven as they plot summer move. Meanwhile, Spurs have set their sights on Curtis Jones from Anfield, while Juventus are keen on Federico Chiesa.

The situation at Tottenham appears to be one of woe for Thomas Frank's injury-ravaged squad, with the vultures circling the Dutch defender, Micky van de Ven. Initial whispers had it that Liverpool were preparing a £78m bid for Van de Ven, although a move would likely occur in the summer.

In return, Spurs are reportedly considering luring Curtis Jones from Anfield, who has been instrumental in Liverpool's midfield for several years now. On the other side of town, Juventus could be on the cusp of signing Federico Chiesa from Liverpool, with an offer of around £13m-£17m.

Gabriel Jesus is also said to be considering a return to Palmeiras, where he started his career. The Brazilian striker has been injury-ravaged for most of this season but wants a new deal at Arsenal.

Federico Dimarco could become the latest signing at Emirates Stadium, as Italian outlet Tuttosport reports that Juventus are keen on the Inter full-back. With his contract set to expire in June next year, Spurs may be looking to strengthen their squad ahead of the summer window.

Manchester United's managerial hierarchy is also eyeing Casadó, a midfielder who has impressed for Barcelona. Alongside this, they will attempt to further bolster their midfield with Sunderland's Noah Sadiki and could offer Manuel Ugarte as part of a swap deal.

Troy Parrott is said to be on Leeds' radar, with the Republic of Ireland hat-trick hero reportedly valued at £20m. If the Whites manage to secure the 20-year-old forward, it would likely result in Joël Piroe leaving the club.

RB Leipzig are also after Belgian midfielder Arne Engels, who is currently tied to Celtic. Martin O'Neill may try to bring Lorient's Ivorian forward Mohamed Bamba back to Scotland on loan, with an option to buy part of the package being explored.

In a bid to address their goalkeeping woes, Barcelona have reportedly set their sights on La Real goalkeeper Álex Remiro. With his contract set to expire in the summer, Barça could try and secure him for a fee around €10m.

Girona are expected to sign Marc-André ter Stegen on loan as part of a plan to improve their goalkeeping setup. Meanwhile, Juventus will attempt to poach Marcos Senesi from Bournemouth, although the Argentinian defender's contract is set to expire in the summer.

Finally, Ipswich have been linked with Bristol City attacking midfielder Anis Mehmeti, who has an Ashton Gate deal that expires in the summer. The Albanian international is keen on staying at City but Ipswich may be able to persuade him to join them in the Championship.

Ugh, Spurs are just gonna go out of control with all these transfers 🤯. First Van de Ven leaves and they'll probably break their bank trying to get someone decent back in. Meanwhile, Curtis Jones is probably going to Liverpool's brain drain 🙄 - like, can't he just stay put? And don't even get me started on Juventus and Federico Chiesa... £13m-£17m for a defender with a history of injuries? No thanks 😒

And what's up with Gabriel Jesus wanting to leave Arsenal again? Is he not happy there or something? 🤔 Does he just think he's too good for the team now? And Spurs are already considering Dimarco... like, do they even have any depth anymore? 🙃

Manchester United trying to sign Casadó from Barcelona? Please, can't they see that's a bad idea? 🙄 And Sunderland's Noah Sadiki is probably just gonna flop anyway. 😴 RB Leipzig after Arne Engels, but I bet Celtic will sell him for twice the price they want anyway 💸.

I don't trust Juventus to make any good transfers this summer... 😒 They're just gonna spend all their money on overpriced players and forget about actually playing well. 🤦‍♂️

I'm telling you, something fishy is going on with all these transfers 🤑. First, Liverpool tries to swoop up Van de Ven, then Spurs are trying to sell Curtis Jones... what's really going on here? It's like they're playing a game of musical chairs with players 💪.

And have you noticed how Juventus keep popping up in all these transfer deals? They must be trying to corner the market or something 🤔. And that Chiesa guy, £13-£17m? That's not a bad price, but I'm sure there's more to it than meets the eye 💸.

And what about Gabriel Jesus and his return to Palmeiras? Is he just trying to get away from Arsenal or is something else going on? 🤝

I swear, football transfer news is like a big puzzle, and we're all just pieces trying to figure out how they fit together 🔍. Something's not adding up here...

OMG 🤯 I'm low-key excited about the summer transfer window! ⏰ It's gonna be a wild ride with all these big-name transfers happening 💥 Liverpool and Spurs are going head-to-head for Van de Ven, while Juventus is eyeing Chiesa 😎 Federico Dimarco would be a great addition to Emirates Stadium 🏠

And what's up with Arsenal's Gabriel Jesus? 🤔 He wants to go back to Palmeiras, but I'm sure Mikel Arteta will try and convince him to stay 💪 Manchester United is on the hunt for Casadó, but they'll have some stiff competition from Barcelona 🌟

The midfield wars are heating up 🔥 Noah Sadiki and Manuel Ugarte could be the new faces at Old Trafford 🏰 But I'm loving the Spurs' squad-building strategy 💡 Curtis Jones would be a great signing for them 👍

Sounds like Spurs are taking a hit this season 🤕 with all these injuries. Hopefully they can sign Curtis Jones and strengthen their squad before the window opens up 🌟. Liverpool would be crazy not to go for Van de Ven, he's a solid defender. And why do Juventus keep poaching from Liverpool? Can't they just develop their own players? 😒

I don’t usually comment but I think Tottenham really needs to sort out their squad problems ASAP or it could cost them a big player like Curtis Jones. They can’t keep relying on youth team players and loan signings, they need some real depth and experience. And what with Van de Ven potentially leaving, that’s not the only loss they’ll be feeling. Liverpool seem to be playing smart in the transfer market right now, I love how they’re targeting high-quality players like Van de Ven.

Ugh, another transfer window where everyone's just circling each other like vultures 🦅😒. I mean, can't we just have one player change clubs without 10 others jumping on the bandwagon? And Liverpool are already eyeing Van de Ven at Spurs? Like, what's wrong with them? Can't they see how busy Spurs are trying to strengthen their squad? And now Juventus wants Chiesa... what a joke. 😂

I'm not sure I trust these transfer rumors... It seems like every time a player's contract is up for grabs, the next big club comes knocking with a hefty offer. What's wrong with stability? Can't we just focus on developing our own young talent instead of breaking the bank for some seasoned pro? And what's the point of all these loan deals anyway? Just another way to juggle the books and avoid paying top dollar for a player. 🤑

I'm thinking what's going on with Liverpool and Tottenham right now... it's like they're both circling each other, trying to get an upper hand 😅. I mean, Van de Ven would be a solid addition for Spurs but if he does end up at Anfield, Curtis Jones is always been the heartbeat of their midfield so that's gonna hurt them. And on the other side, Juventus are sniffing around Chiesa like he owes them money 🤑. It's gonna be interesting to see how this all plays out in the summer 🤔.

The transfer market is heating up like crazy this time of year 💥! It's no surprise that Liverpool are sniffing around for a new defender with Van de Ven, their injury-plagued squad is struggling and they need someone solid at the back 🚫. Meanwhile, Spurs are trying to shore up their midfield after Curtis Jones slipped through their fingers - hope they can make some progress soon! 💔

I think Juventus making a move for Chiesa is interesting - he's been decent but not exactly a game-changer. And with Federico Dimarco on the radar at Arsenal, I'm surprised Spurs aren't pushing harder for him 🤷‍♂️. On the flip side, Barça trying to poach Remiro from La Real seems like a long shot - is he worth €10m? 🤑

The Leeds and Ipswich links are also quite intriguing - Troy Parrott's value being mentioned at £20m shows just how coveted he must be for any club 💸. And finally, Girona's plan to sign ter Stegen on loan raises some eyebrows - does this mean they're trying to create a decent goalkeeping setup? 🤔

OMG u guys Liverpool are gonna shell out 78 mil for Van de Ven?? I dont think thats possible idk if they can afford it and Spurs should prob use that money to buy Jones or Chiesa lol who do u guys think will come out on top in this transfer window? 🤔

I think Spurs are being too harsh on Van de Ven 🤔... I mean, he's a solid defender and Liverpool might have been trying to get him before they went after Curtis Jones 🤑. It'd be a shame if Spurs miss out on a good player like Van de Ven. At the same time, I don't think Liverpool would go all the way for £78m unless they're convinced he's the best man for the job 💯. What do you think? Should Spurs hold out or let him go 🤷‍♂️?

omg i cant believe how fast transfers are happening rn 😂 esp with Tottenham & Liverpool both going after micky van de ven 🤯 i feel like they need a solid cb to stabilize their squad. Spurs fans might wanna hold their horses tho cuz Van De Ven is gonna be expensive 💸 but at least Curtis Jones could bring some creativity 2 the midfield 💡

I don’t usually comment but I think it’s crazy how transfer news can affect a team's squad dynamics 😂💬. Like, imagine Liverpool losing Van de Ven and suddenly they have to scramble for someone like Curtis Jones from Spurs? It's just too much drama 🤯.

And what's up with Juventus wanting Federico Chiesa so badly? £13m-£17m is a pretty steep price tag for anyone, let alone an outfield player 💸. I mean, can't they see that having one injury-prone superstar in the team doesn't exactly fill their managerial dreams?

But hey, at least there's some good news on the goalkeeping front for Barcelona 🤞. Getting Álex Remiro might just be what they need to shore up their defense... or not 😂. Either way, it'll be fun to watch all these moves play out in the summer!

I think it's crazy how transfer windows can shift the entire dynamics of a team 🤯. Liverpool losing Curtis Jones would be huge, and Spurs trying to get back some quality players like Van de Ven or Chiesa makes sense. Juventus seems like they're always on the lookout for talented youngsters 🎯.

As for Arsenal, I'm not sure if Gabriel Jesus is ready to give up on a big club like Arsenal just yet 😐. And what's with all these loan deals? Does no one trust their own youth academy anymore? 🤔

Also, I'd love to see Girona get some better goalkeepers 🚽. Ter Stegen might not be the worst idea, at least he's experienced. And Ipswich trying to sign Mehmeti is intriguing, could they really turn his head away from Bristol City? 🤑

Ugh I dont get why Liverpool would wanna give up Curtis Jones 🤔👀 he's been a solid midfielder for them and they could use someone like that now that Hendersons getting older... and what about Tottenham, cant they just stick with their squad instead of searching all over the world? 🔥💡 Van de Ven is not even that bad, I mean hes had some good games this season but he's not worth 78m 💸🤑

😒 so Spurs are basically throwing their midfield guys out there like they're going out of style... Curtis Jones, eh? I'm sure he'll love playing for a team that's still trying to figure out its identity 🙄 and Van de Ven is just gonna be another 'target' for Liverpool... like the whole world knows they need him 😴💭
