idk why ppl gotta make it so hard 4 gov agencies 2 modernize 
i mean, cant we just try? theres already ppl like dickerson & co trying 2 make a diff, but its all dependent on who gets in 2 power next 
dont get me wrong, some of the changes they wanna make sound legit, like data siloing & corruption issues. but reversing damage done b4 is def not gonna be easy 
what i wish ppl would do is take a step back & look at other countries whos gov services r way more efficient than ours
