Ugh, football is so stressful

! Watching that game was like witnessing my blood pressure spiking with every tackle

. I mean, Manchester City just seemed so... mechanical

. Like they were just ticking away on autopilot, no emotion, no soul

. And Kevin De Bruyne's penalty was like a wake-up call for me - why do we always have to resort to physical punishment to get ahead?

Can't we find better ways to resolve conflicts?
And I'm not even going to get started on the mental health implications of that game

. All those tackles, all that aggression... it's like they're taking out their frustrations on the pitch instead of working through them in a healthy way

. As someone who prioritizes wellness and mindfulness, it just makes me want to crawl under a blanket and hide from all the negativity

.
Anyway, congrats to Manchester City - you guys are on fire

! But can we please take a step back and reevaluate our priorities? Maybe instead of competing for wins at all costs, we could be focusing on how to stay calm and focused in the face of adversity

. A wellness guru's dream come true
