From Anya Taylor-Joy to Jodie Comer: who will star in The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo's TV remake?

The casting for Lisbeth Salander is gonna be SO interesting! 🤔 I'm low-key hoping they choose Alba August - she has that same edgy vibe as Salander and being Danish-Swedish would be a great nod to the character's roots. 🌟 But, at the same time, I think Jodie Comer would bring a whole new level of depth to the role... her troubled character portrayals are insane! 😲 Either way, I'm hyped for this remake - can't wait to see Lisbeth come to life on TV again! 💪

OMG 🤩 I am SO down for this remake!!! Lisbeth Salander is such a fascinating character and I need to see her brought to life on screen again ASAP! 💥 I'm loving the options so far - Emma Corrin, Jodie Comer, and Alba August are all amazing actresses who could bring depth and complexity to the role. 🤝 And can we talk about how cool it would be for Noomi Rapace to reprise her role as Salander in a different era? 🤔 Age is just a number, after all! 💁‍♀️ Fingers crossed they make some amazing choices for this casting! 👍

I'm so down for a remake of The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, it's been ages since I've gotten hooked on a series like that 😊. But honestly, I do wish they'd stick with the original Swedish setting, you know? It was such a big part of what made the book feel so authentic and gritty. Casting someone geographically authentic would be amazing 🌿.

Emma Corrin is definitely my top pick for Lisbeth Salander right now, though - she's got that whole brooding intensity thing down pat 🔥. And can we talk about how cool it'd be if they cast Jodie Comer? She's so talented and has proven her range in Killing Eve already 💁‍♀️.

But, you know what would be even more interesting? Casting Noomi Rapace for Lisbeth Salander again 🤔. The original 2009 adaptation was a game-changer, and recasting her now could offer some wild possibilities - like, what if Lisbeth's got some grey hairs in the new series? 😂 That'd be so cool to see!
