Jalen Hurts Struggles as Eagles Fall Short in Wild Card Round
The Philadelphia Eagles' 2023 season came to an abrupt end with a heartbreaking loss to the San Francisco 49ers in the Wild Card Round. his two picks and fumble force will be remembered for a long time 
, and I think it's clear that the Eagles' reliance on a single superstar (Jalen Hurts) is their downfall. They need to develop a more balanced offense and defense, not just rely on one player to carry them through tough games 
- it's like they said "we didn't adapt" 
. Now, I'm thinking, what changes do the Eagles need to make for next season? Do we see a new GM or coach come in and shake things up? The questions are many 
they had high hopes this season and it just didn't work out like they wanted it to

meanwhile dallas goedert was a bright spot for philly 
tight end is always so underappreciated but he stepped up when it mattered most 
anyways gotta give props to quinyon mitchell, that guy's got skills 
like, he knows he cant make a long pass lol. and what's up with their o-line? they didnt protect him at all! 
they need some new guys in that position ASAP. also, quinyon mitchell is the real MVP 
i mean, come on two picks off one QB is insane!

. We can't even get a break when we need one most... Maybe it's time to reevaluate our strategy and give the guys some fresh air? Or maybe I'm just reading too much into this

super sad. Saquon Barkley did his thing though and Dallas Goedert was solid... but overall, just felt like the team couldn't get anything going in the second half

. But on the flip side, Saquon Barkley's run game did shine in a split second window 
. It's just frustrating 'cause you know they had some talent on that offense... but it didn't quite click

?! He was so clutch in the regular season but completely froze up out there 
. The 49ers were just too strong on defense and they played smart football all game long 
. But you know what really got under my skin? That final interception by Mitchell, the one where Purdy threw it right to him 
. Anyway, gotta give credit to Mitchell for his incredible performance though, he really saved face for the Eagles
