these agents are supposed to be serving and protecting us not terrorizing innocent people with gas canisters... it's just crazy that they're using that kind of force against protesters who are exercising their right to free speech and assemble. and it's even more messed up when you think about the training and protocols in place for using those canisters - clearly not followed here 
This is completely unacceptable, I mean what's next? Police using tear gas on peaceful protests in our own city? It's like they think we're some kind of enemy or something. And that guy Bovino just throwing around his canister like it was a water pistol?! What if one of those protesters was pregnant or had asthma?! 
The fact that the cops are now saying the protesters were harassing them and blocking their path is also super suspicious, it's like they're looking for excuses to use force. And what about the court ruling that basically says it's okay for police to retaliatory use force against protesters? It's like they're undermining our very right to free speech and assembly. We need some real change in this country, stat!
