I keep thinking about all the amazing work he did for that city and how much he got done with only 6 years under his belt 
He was definitely going to make a difference if he didn't pass away. Now the whole town is gonna be in shambles without him

The whole 'effective leader' vibe just sounds like code for 'overworked and underappreciated'. Poor dude. Guess we'll have to wait and see if these alderpersons can find someone who doesn't want to pull their hair out on the job

but at the same time its not all bad that some ppl got to meet him and know how amazing he was as a leader

, he was supposed to be leading Harvey through this tough receivership situation 
. six years left on his term, that's still a huge responsibility for whoever takes over now 
, and also try to bring some stability back to the city 
. Hopefully, the Harvey alderpersons can step up and fill the void in a good way
