...ice agents just get more brutal like this every day. i mean what's next? are they gonna start arresting ppl for witnessing a crime? it's all about intimidation now. kelly was just trying to observe the scene and do some journalism, but nope, he gets brutalized by federal agents. and dont even get me started on the phone confiscation and medical care (or lack thereof). this is messed up

u guys think this is just about a random civilian getting beat up by ICE agents? no, it's about a systemic problem where ppl are being targeted & retaliated against for just doing their job... or trying to do so. 1 nurse gets attacked on the scene of a murder, and now another civilian gets accused of resisting arrest after being pepper-sprayed. what's next? are we gonna start arresting ppl who just show up to observe a crime scene? 
... can't believe what I'm reading about Clayton Kelly, just trying to witness a crime scene like a normal citizen. Pepper spray on his surgical wounds? Knee on the spot where he needs surgery? That's not law enforcement, that's brutality. The fact that they took his phone and accused him of resisting arrest is just icing on the cake 
meanwhile the agencies are still not giving any info 
what happened with that phone seizure tho? 
why would they take his phone without letting him call for med help? 
this whole thing stinks like pepper spray
