"Horrific": ICE detained 5-year-old to use as "bait" to ensnare family seeking asylum

omg this is so heartbreaking 🤕 ICE should never use a 5 year old as bait they're not capable of understanding what's going on and they have the whole life ahead of them. It's just cruel and inhumane 😡. I'm so glad that Governor Tim Walz and other politicians are speaking out against this treatment and advocating for reform 🙌. We need to make sure our kids are safe and protected, not used as pawns in a system that's supposed to help people 🤝.

🤕 this is just heartbreaking, a 5 year old boy being used as bait to get his family to surrender... 🚫 no child deserves that kind of treatment, and the fact that ICE claims he was 'abandoned' by his dad is just not believable... 🙄 what's going on in our country?

I'm tellin' ya, this is some serious sketchy stuff 🤔. Using a 5-year-old boy as "bait" to get his family to surrender? It's just not right 😒. The school district's superintendent is totally on point with her outrage - what kinda agency does this kinda thing? 🙄 And the excuse that they're trying to make about Liam's dad running away from the scene doesn't fly either 🚫. The whole thing reeks of manipulation and a complete disregard for human life 🚨. I'm low-key convinced there's more to this story than what we're being told... like, maybe ICE was just tryin' to stir up some drama? 🤔

🤯 this is so messed up, how can u use a 5yr old as bait 4 an arrest?? its just sickening, i cant even imagine how scared the little kid must've been 😨. ICE needs to rethink their whole approach to immigration & put kids first. 🙅‍♂️ u cant classify them as violent criminals at such a young age, that's not right. 🤦‍♀️ and whats with the "abandoned" explanation? sounds like a weak attempt 2 justify what happened 🙄. Minnesota Governor Tim Walz is spot on in condemning this, i hope he can bring about some change 🚨
