Hot or Not? My Thoughts on the Reddit-Obsessed Paris Hilton Cookware

This article discusses the Paris Hilton cookware set, a line of non-stick pans and pots with a glittery ceramic coating. The author, Louryn Strampe, tested the set and had mixed results.

The pans performed well, releasing food easily and staying cool to the touch. However, the finish showed some scuffing on the bottom after being shuffled around on the stovetop. The handles were also a bit hard to grip.

One notable feature of the product is its non-toxic coating, which does not contain PFAS, PFOA, PFOS, or PTFE. The author notes that hand-cleaning and drying the pans are recommended to preserve the coating.

Overall, the author concludes that the Paris Hilton cookware set is "fine" but not their favorite non-stick option. They suggest investing in a single, high-quality pan rather than an entire set of average options.

The article also mentions that the exact set tested by Louryn Strampe is no longer available online, but a similar version exists with silicone tools instead of nylon ones.

It's worth noting that the author has some personal experience with cookware sets and has been using them for over 10 years. They have high standards for their cookware and are not impressed with the Paris Hilton set.

The article also includes a buying guide for non-stick pans, which will be published soon.

I'm not sure what's more striking about this whole situation – the fact that a celebrity-endorsed cookware set didn't blow me away, or how our expectations around 'quality' seem to have shifted over time πŸ€”. We're no longer satisfied with just an 'okay' product; we need perfection. And it makes sense, when you think about it... if our standards are so high, is the 'good enough' option really that good enough anymore? I mean, what does it say about us as consumers that we're more concerned with the 'non-toxic coating' than actually using the pans and making sure they last πŸ™ƒ. And on a larger note, is this just another reflection of our consumerist culture – always chasing after the next thing, rather than truly valuing the things we already have? πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

just read this article like 3 days ago πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ but i guess nobody else cares about pariss hilton's cookware anymore lol. honestly though, i kinda feel the author was pretty harsh on it? like, its not gonna change your life or anything but for a set of non-stick pans its decent. the non-toxic coating is a big plus imo πŸ™Œ. if you're just gonna be using it for like stir-frying and stuff then idk why you wouldn't wanna splurge on a single good pan instead of a whole bunch that might not even hold up.

I'm kinda surprised that Louryn Strampe wasn't more stoked on this Paris Hilton cookware set πŸ€”. I mean, it's got some legit features like the non-toxic coating, which is a total win for eco-friendly cooks πŸ‘. And yeah, maybe the finish could be better, but scuffing isn't the end of the world... I've had pans that are way worse and still managed to cook decent food πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ.

I get why she wouldn't rave about it though - it's not like it's a game-changer or anything. But come on, it's Paris Hilton cookware, you'd think it'd be a bit more... well, fancy πŸ’β€β™€οΈ? And the fact that they're no longer available online is kinda annoying. I guess it just depends on what you're looking for in a non-stick pan, right? Maybe this set is perfect for someone who's not too fussy about things like finish and handle quality 😐.

πŸ€” I was thinking of getting some new cookware myself, but this Paris Hilton set sounds kinda pricey? Like, is it really worth shelling out that cash just because it's got a fancy coating? πŸ€‘ And what's up with the non-toxic coating not being a major selling point for me? I mean, isn't that like, a big deal or something? 😐 The article also said they had to hand-clean and dry the pans which is kinda annoying. I guess I'll have to look into those silicone tool versions though...

I don’t usually comment but I gotta say... I love that they tested this Paris Hilton cookware set even though it's from like 5 years ago! πŸ˜‚ I mean, I've got some old T-fal pans from my college days and I know how frustrating it can be to deal with the non-stick coating breaking down over time.

The fact that it didn't contain any harsh chemicals is a big plus in my book. I'm always looking for ways to cook healthier without sacrificing flavor. And I don't blame Louryn Strampe for saying it's "fine" but not their favorite option – those high-quality pans can be pricey!

But what really caught my attention was the buying guide they're working on. Like, if you're in the market for some new non-stick cookware, that'll be super helpful! πŸ’‘ I might have to check out some of the other options they recommend... maybe there's a better one out there than the Paris Hilton set πŸ€”

idk why ppl pay big bucks for paris hilton's cookware lol they r fine i guess but not worth it if u ask me i've had good luck w/ my old cast iron sets been using them 4 years now nvr had to clean 'em with harsh chemicals or anything they hold heat like a dream n even got better w/ use πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

Ugh I'm so done with these fancy schmancy cookware sets πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ! Like, why do we need all this extra fluff and glitz just to make cooking easier? The Paris Hilton set is fine, I guess... but it's not worth the drama πŸ’β€β™€οΈ. And don't even get me started on the finish – scuffing like crazy after a simple stir-fry 🀯! It's like they expected us to be some kind of cookware ninja or something. But you know what really gets my goat? The whole PFAS thing... like, hello, non-toxic coating is literally the bare minimum we should expect from our cookware πŸ’―. And don't even get me started on the handles – I mean, come on, are they even made of the same material as the rest of the pan? It's just so... basic πŸ˜’. I swear, if I had a dollar for every mediocre cookware set that comes out every year, I'd be set for life πŸ’Έ.

I don't think it's about finding the best cookware set out there, it's more about using what you've got to make the most of your meals πŸ²πŸ’‘. I mean, Paris Hilton may not have impressed our author with her cookware, but that doesn't mean we should all write her off 😊. It just means we need to be mindful of what we're looking for in a pan and invest in something that works for us. And hey, if a set isn't your fave, that's okay too! Just use it, clean it well (like the author said), and make the most of it πŸ™.

Ugh, I'm so over this Paris Hilton brand cookware... I mean, who thought it was a good idea to put glitter on cookware? It's just going to make cleaning a nightmare. And the fact that they use some weird non-toxic coating that requires hand-cleaning and drying is just a hassle. I'd rather have a decent, PFOA-free non-stick pan from a reputable brand like Calphalon or All-Clad πŸ™„. The author's right, investing in a single high-quality pan makes way more sense than wasting your money on a mediocre set with a fancy logo. And can we please just get rid of the gimmicky stuff and focus on making cookware that actually works?
