Households in England and Wales must splash out more as water bills to rise by 5.4%

OMG, this is getting crazy 🤯! I mean, £639 for a water bill? That's like, crazy expensive!!! And they're just gonna keep raising it, 5.4% more?! That's not right 😡. I don't trust these water companies, they're just making bank off of us 🤑. I mean, £104bn investment between 2025 and 2030? That's like, a lot of money 💸. But what are they doing with it, really? Improving services? I doubt it 😒. My grandma can barely afford her electricity bill, how is she supposed to handle this?! It's like, unfair 🤷‍♀️. The government just gives them permission to raise prices and do whatever they want, without even thinking about the people who are gonna get hit hard 💸. This is like a big scam, folks! Wake up!

Ugh, I'm seeing people struggling to make ends meet and it's just not fair 🤕. Like, yeah, we need to fix those pipes and stuff, but can't they think about how this is gonna affect the average person? £639 a year is a huge jump for some families already living on tight budgets. And what's with these social tariffs supposed to do? Is it just a Band-Aid solution or are they actually going to make a real difference? I'm worried that people are gonna get stuck in this cycle of debt and it's just not right 🙅‍♂️. We need better solutions than just throwing money at the problem without thinking about how it's gonna affect everyday folks 💸.
