Inside PokéPark Kanto: The World’s First Pokémon Facility With Hundreds of Life-Sized Pokémon, Rides and Habitats to Explore

Pokémon enthusiasts can now enter a world that is as vibrant and immersive as their favorite video games. The world's first permanent outdoor Pokémon facility, PokéPark Kanto has opened at Tokyo’s Yomiuri Land amusement park, boasting hundreds of life-sized Pokémon, rides, and habitats to explore.

Upon entering the park, visitors are greeted by a replica of Professor Oak's laboratory, which perfectly sets the tone for their journey. The lab is complete with a PC, healing station, and three Poké Balls housing starter Pokémon from the original "Red" and "Blue" games. Beyond the lab lies a world teeming with life-sized Pokémon, including Pikachu, Eevee, and other fan-favorite creatures.

One of the park's main attractions is its sprawling Pokémon Forest, where visitors can encounter dozens of life-sized Pokémon in a naturalistic habitat. The area is designed to resemble the overworld from the classic Pokémon games, complete with tall grass, wild Pokémon, and even photo opportunities like cuddling with Pikachu or snapping pictures with Eevee.

As visitors make their way through the forest, they'll notice that each Pokémon is meticulously designed to match its in-game counterpart. The attention to detail is remarkable, making it easy for both casual and hardcore trainers to get lost in the wonder of it all. Every tiny detail transports you into a fully realized Poké-universe, immersing visitors in the world of Pokémon.

Beyond the forest lies Sedge Town, an area filled with Pokémon that are native to the Kanto region. The town is home to various stalls offering food, games, and rides, providing visitors with ample opportunities to socialize and engage with the park's attractions.

Two thrilling rides can be found within the park: Eevee’s Vee Vee Voyage carousel and Pikachu’s Pika Pika Paradise spinner. Visitors of all ages will have a blast exploring these rides, which feature adorable Pokémon that power each attraction.

In addition to its many rides and attractions, PokéPark Kanto features a variety of themed areas, including a dark tunnel filled with Zubats and a gym housing an epic double battle between Gyarados, Raichu, Garchomp, and Tyranitar. The park also boasts an exclusive gift store with unique merchandise and hundreds of plushies.

Tickets for PokéPark Kanto are available at varying price points depending on the date, age, and type of access. Whether you're a seasoned Pokémon trainer or just starting your journey, this immersive facility promises to be a must-visit destination for any fan of the beloved franchise.

OMG I'm so excited about this new PokéPark Kanto 🤩 my kids have been asking me when they can go and it sounds like it's going to be EPIC!!! 😆 I love that there are life-sized Pokémon, rides, and habitats to explore - my little ones will literally feel like they're inside the games! 👀 I'm also a big fan of how they've recreated Professor Oak's lab, it's so cute 🤓 what's even better is that they have photo ops with all their favorite Pokémon - can't wait for us to take some adorable pics together 📸👫

omg i cant even right now 🤯 I'm literally drooling thinking about visiting PokéPark Kanto!!! its like they really took all the best parts from the games and put them into one amazing outdoor facility. i mean, who wouldn't want to cuddle with a real-life Pikachu or ride on Eevee's carousel? 😆 and the attention to detail is insane - i love how they included all the little details that make the Pokémon world so magical.

i think its awesome that they have different areas for all ages too, like Sedge Town and the dark tunnel with Zubats. my friends who are total hardcore trainers will freak out over the gym battles and double battles! 🤯👊 but at the same time, i can see how it would be fun for kids to just run around and play with all the Pokémon.

anyway, i'm definitely getting tickets ASAP 💸 cant wait to experience this incredible world of Pokémon for myself 😆

I'm kinda skeptical about this whole PokéPark thing...I mean, how much is it gonna cost to get in? 100 bucks just to see some life-sized Pokémon? Not bad if you're a hardcore fan, but what about all us casuals who just wanna come and take some Instagram pics with Pikachu? I guess the rides and food are pretty cool tho. But honestly, wouldn't it be way more immersive if they actually let you catch Pokémon in the park? 🤔💸

🤔 is this place really worth all that cash? hundreds of life-sized pokemon, rides, and habitats sounds like a dream come true, but I'm not convinced... how much did they spend on creating this whole PokéPark thing? 🤑 didn't they just hire a bunch of cosplayers to pose as the different pokemon? or is it some kind of super advanced CGI magic? 🤖 also, why is there no Pokémon Gym where you can battle other trainers and earn badges? that's what made the games so fun in the first place. and what's up with all these "exclusive" gift stores? just a bunch of overpriced merchandise, if you ask me...

🤔 I went to PokéPark Kanto and it's actually kinda overpriced 🤑. The whole thing is so immersive that you'll forget what's real and what's not 😂, but then you look at the prices and you're like "wait, I could've just bought a few thousand Pokémon trading cards instead?" 💸. And don't even get me started on the crowd 🚨, it was literally packed with screaming kids and adults alike. Like, where's the chill? 😴 The rides are fun, I'll give them that 🎢, but they're not exactly original or innovative. It's just a bunch of spinning teacups with Pokémon on them 🤪. And have you tried to take a decent photo with Pikachu without it looking like a total meme? 📸👀

This is getting wild 🤯! I mean, who needs the real world when you can enter a whole 'nother dimension like Pokémon? I'm low-key concerned about what's really going on here tho... all these life-sized Pokémon and them scientists at Professor Oak's lab seem a bit too perfect 🧬. What if it's some kind of mind control experiment to make us love the franchise even more? And those Zubats in the dark tunnel, that's just creepy 😳. The whole thing feels like a clever distraction from something bigger... or am I just reading between the lines? 😉

omg did you know that i tried making my own terrarium last weekend 🌿🏠 it was so much fun but also kinda stressful when everything started dying on me 😂 anyway back to poképark kanto i wonder if they have a café serving pika-ccinos and eevee-shaped sandwiches lol just imagine being able to sit in professor oak's lab and have a coffee while thinking about my next gym battle 😊

Just had to visit this new PokéPark Kanto in Tokyo 🗼👍 and I'm still reeling from the experience! They really got it right with recreating Professor Oak's lab and the attention to detail on the life-sized Pokémon is insane 😲. The whole park feels so immersive, like you're actually in the world of Pokémon. And can we talk about Sedge Town? 🤩 all the food, games, and rides are a dream come true for any fan. Took my friend's kids here and they were absolutely stoked 🎉👧. Worth every penny, defo going back soon 😊

OMG 🤩, I'm super hyped about PokéPark Kanto!!! It's like stepping into my childhood dreams come true 😆. As someone who grew up playing Pokémon games, this outdoor park is a total game-changer (pun intended). The attention to detail is insane, from the replica lab to the life-sized Pokémon roaming around – it's like they really did bring the world of Pokémon to life 🌿.

I'm excited to explore the Pokémon Forest and Sedge Town, and try out those rides with Eevee and Pikachu 🎠. And can you believe there's a dark tunnel filled with Zubats? 😂 I might even get some epic pics to share on social media! The only thing that's making me slightly nervous is how crowded it'll be, but hey, that's part of the fun, right? 🤗 Can't wait to visit and experience this Pokémon wonderland for myself! 💖

I don’t usually comment but I think it’s bloody amazing how much detail has gone into creating this outdoor Pokémon world 🤯🌳. Like, they’ve got Pikachu and Eevee right down to their little fur details and it's seriously mind-blowing. And the attention to detail in the forest is insane - you can even take selfies with the Pokémon! 👍 It's one of those places where kids will be totally obsessed (and let's be real, adults too) and I think that’s just genius. What a great way to bring the Pokémon universe to life for fans 🎉

I'm low-key hyped about PokéPark Kanto 🤩! As someone who's spent countless hours playing Pokémon games and watching anime, I've always dreamed of stepping into a world that feels like it belongs in the games. And from what I can see, this place delivers 🎉. The level of detail is insane - I mean, who wouldn't want to cuddle with a life-sized Pikachu or take a photo with Eevee? 😂 It's clear that the devs went all out to create an immersive experience that'll transport you into the world of Pokémon.

I'm also loving the different themed areas and attractions 🎠. From the dark tunnel filled with Zubats to the epic double battle between Gyarados, Raichu, and friends, there's something for every kind of Pokémon fan. And can we talk about the food? 🍔👀 I need to know what kind of Pokémon-themed snacks they're serving up in Sedge Town!

One thing that might be a bit pricey for some fans is the ticket prices 😬. But considering how extensive and immersive the park is, I think it's worth splurging on if you're a true Pokémon enthusiast 🎁.
