The images coming out of Iran are so heartbreaking

... It's like, what can you say? The fact that people are still risking everything to speak out against the regime is just crazy inspiring

. I mean, it's clear that their voices aren't being heard in the media, but on the streets and online, they're still finding ways to express themselves. And yeah, the images of police brutality are just horrific... how can anyone justify such violence?
I think what's most striking is how resilient these people are. Despite all the odds against them, they're refusing to back down. It's like, their message is so clear: we want freedom, and we'll fight for it. I'm not sure if there's a way for that kind of defiance to be extinguished... maybe only time will tell

.
One thing that does worry me, though, is how the international community is responding (or not) to this situation. Are they doing enough to put pressure on the Iranian government? Should we be doing more to support these brave protesters?
