I'm thinking... it's like, Houston's weather is super crazy right now lol. I mean, one day you're chillin' in the 80s, and the next it's freezing and sleetting all over the place. It's like the city can't make up its mind about what kind of weather it wants to have. And don't even get me started on frost happening when temps are above freezing... that's just wild. I'm still waiting for my garden to be ready to plant, but with weather like this, it's hard to know what to expect. Maybe the forecast will hold true and we'll make it through the winter without a hitch... but I wouldn't count on it 
i'm from here n it's like clima experts sayin one day in Feb but last frost date is like March 3rd so dont be countin on warmer temps just yet... spring break in march got frosts & even above freezing temp still can bring frost lol gardeners gotta be prepared tho... btw, remember that winter storm Jan before last? afternoon highs were already hit'n mid 70s lol climate can b unpredictable
! one week it's freezing rain and sleet, next thing you know it's supposed to be in the 80s... like, what's up with that? 
anyway, i feel for all the gardeners out there who are already trying to plan their seasonal gardens. frost can still pop up even when temps are above freezin' point (32f or below)... my poor lil' plants 
need me to be on top of this!
anyway, gardeners gotta be on their toes. 70s in january wasn't so weird after all. can't predict anything in texas... weather just does what it wants
