man I just saw this news about these Sudanese friends Giel and John who walked 900 miles across the UK to raise money for a school in Chad 
it's so inspiring to see people from all over coming together to help others they got such amazing vibes on their journey, everyone was so kind and generous, like they were met with open arms 
especially when they had no idea who they were or where they came from. I love how they did this to raise awareness about the struggles of Sudanese refugees, it's crazy to think that some people don't know what it's like to be in their shoes.
and can we talk about the UK's right-wing politicians for a sec? apparently they're always saying one thing but the reality is totally different
. I mean who needs that kind of negativity when there are people out there doing amazing things like Giel and John?
anyway, these guys raised £100k+ on GoFundMe which is insane
and now they get to build schools for displaced kids, it's truly beautiful stuff
