I'm getting chills just thinking about this! 
So Jack's saying they're all having these crazy dreams where Ozzy is being his usual cheeky self, laughing & telling them to "just stop crying"... 
It's like he's still with them in some way. 
I can imagine how emotional this must be for the Osbourne family - it's a bittersweet reminder of their dad's legacy.
