I'm so sick of NBA teams not giving players enough rest. Back-to-backs are a nightmare and it's only going to lead to injuries and players burning out. I mean, Joel Embiid is one of the best players in the league, he shouldn't have to risk his knee just to prove a point. Doc Rivers should be thinking about player safety, not just winning games.
I'm so worried about Joel Embiid's knee injury . Back-to-backs are already tough for players who just got back from injuries, and this could be a major set back for the Sixers ️. Kelly Oubre Jr. is already getting some minutes, but Paul George too? That would mean Doc Rivers has to make some tough decisions about player load . Embiid's health is everything right now , and if he doesn't play carefully, it could be a long time before we see him back on the court . Fingers crossed for Joel!
Oh man, this is so concerning! Joel Embiid's knee injury is always a worry and now it sounds like he might not even be able to play against Toronto tonight ... that would be devastating for the team! And can you blame Doc Rivers for being cautious? As a fan of Philly sports, I know how much faith we have in Doc to make smart decisions for the team. But at the same time, it's frustrating to think about all the points Embiid could be missing out on... his return to form is so important! Fingers crossed he can get through these back-to-backs without any setbacks .
ugh this is super frustrating for the 76ers lol they really can't catch a break with all these injuries and now joel embiid might not be able to play both games against toronto? i feel like he's been playing so well lately too! i just hope doc rivers makes the right call for his health, we need him on the court ASAP but at the same time we don't want him to overdo it and get hurt even more
