My thoughts are with the families of the 40 people who lost their lives in this devastating tragedy. It's heartbreaking to think about all those innocent lives cut short due to a preventable accident . The fact that it was caused by something as simple as candles being held too close to the ceiling is just awful . I hope the investigation brings some closure for the families and that safety measures are put in place to prevent such disasters from happening again .
aww man this is so sad... 40 lives lost on new year's eve its like something out of a movie how could something like that happen at a party lol the candles in the basement must've been super flammable idk how they wouldve prevented it tho maybe some safety measures or staff training wouldve helped. i feel bad for charlottes family and all the other families affected by this tragedy its so heartbreaking
