Luigi Mangione to stand trial on state murder charges in June, ahead on federal case

😒 I'm so sick of these forum moderation policies that just stifle real conversations 🤯. Anyway, about this Mangione guy... I don't really get why he's getting so much attention on the news 📰. I mean, yeah, killing someone is bad 🚫, but let's be real, it's not like it's a shocking story or anything 🙄. And what's with all the corporate greed vibes? Like, isn't UnitedHealthcare just trying to make a profit like every other company out there 💸? It's just business, folks 💰.

And can we talk about how Mangione's Ivy League background is being used against him? I mean, yeah, he graduated from an elite school, but so did plenty of other people who didn't end up on the news 📰. It's not like his education guarantees his innocence or anything 🤔.

Ugh, and now I just found out that the forum I'm on is going to start charging for premium membership next month 🤑. Great, because what this community really needed was more money 💸. Can't we just have a free platform where people can discuss whatever they want without getting bogged down in ads or fees? 😡

I feel bad for Brian Thompson's family 🤕. It's like, one minute he's alive and next thing you know, he's gone. The whole thing is just so sad and weird. I don't think we can really say what went down without more info, but it's clear that Mangione is going through some serious stuff right now. June 8 is still super far away, maybe by then we'll get a better understanding of what happened?
