This Banijay Group and All3Media merger is gonna be HUGE I'm curious to see how this will affect smaller production companies in Europe. With over 130 TV production and creative businesses under one umbrella, it's likely to lead to some intense consolidation in the industry . They already have a massive portfolio of successful shows, but adding All3Media's 50+ labels would be like getting a power boost ️. It'll be interesting to see how regulators and smaller producers react to this new giant in the European TV landscape . One thing for sure, it'll change the game

think this merger would be a big deal, not just in europe but globally. having all those shows under one roof would create some amazing content, but also super competitive, especially with all the talent & resources involved . plus, you gotta wonder how regulators would oversee something like this... there's already so much scrutiny on these big players .

man, can you believe how much TV content was just getting made back in the day? like, remember when MasterChef and Survivor were the only cooking and competition shows on TV? now they're basically making shows all over the world and it's crazy to think about how All3Media is going to fit into this new landscape... i mean, they already have some amazing shows but combining that with Banijay's portfolio? it's gonna be a wild ride . and don't even get me started on how many more shows are gonna get made because of this merger... it's gonna be a TV overload in the best possible way . regulators are gonna have their hands full, that's for sure .

OMG, a huge TV production company is being formed!!! I am literally shaking with excitement thinking about all the new shows we're gonna see! MasterChef, Survivor, The Traitors, Midsomer Murders... my fave UK shows are gonna be part of this massive conglomerate Can you imagine watching them all in one place?! My mind is racing with possibilities And what's up with Gregg Wallace being kicked off MasterChef? Was that a smart move by Banijay? I don't know, but I trust the new company will be amazing Can't wait to see what they come up with next!
