... it's just devastating. I keep thinking about what his last moments were like - was he scared? Did he see any of the chaos or just saw the good intentions in everyone else? 
... we need to take a deep breath and remember that everyone deserves respect, kindness, and compassion, especially when they're trying to make a difference
