I mean, on one hand, his performances in films like Margaret and The Martian showed a more serious side of him, and he totally nailed those dramatic roles . But then again, some people might say that's just him playing the "brooding hero" card all too often .

It's also worth noting that some of his movies can be pretty cheesy (cough, The Martian ), but overall I think Matt Damon is a solid actor who has consistently impressed audiences with his range. So, yeah... I guess I'm kinda torn on this one !
