It's all about building those relationships, you know?

I'm loving the way D'Amaro brings that Disney charm to the table . And let's be real, Chapek just didn't have it . I mean, who wants a CEO who can't even convincingly be a "showman" like Iger?

But seriously, D'Amaro's got this amazing balance of business smarts and people skills that'll surely make him a great leader . Now, we just gotta see how he navigates the office politics with folks like Dana Walden . Fingers crossed it all works out smoothly!
