Nearly 150 flood alerts in place across England in aftermath of Storm Chandra

🌨️ ugh i cant even believe its been a week since storm chandra hit england 🤯 like what even is the point of having weather alerts if the storms just keep coming back? 😩 147 properties in somerset and dorset are affected, that's crazy! 🤯 how do people even prepare for this stuff? i mean, i know we need to be careful but it feels like we're always on edge waiting for the next flood warning ⛈️ can't we just have one calm day without a stormy weather forecast? 😩

I feel so bad for all the people affected by Storm Chandra 🤕. It's been a week since the storm hit and it seems like it's not letting up anytime soon ☁️. I know some areas are still really flooded and it's scary to think about the roads being impassable 💨. As someone who has experienced flooding before, I can only imagine how frustrating it must be to have your home affected 🏠.

I'm just glad that emergency services like the Environment Agency and RNLI are on top of things and doing their best to keep everyone safe 🙏. And to all the people who have had to evacuate their homes, I hope you're getting the support you need from local response partners 🌟.

Let's all just take a deep breath and try to stay positive for each other during this tough time 💖. We'll get through this together, England! 😊
