
I'm not buying that Nike's being unfairly targeted here... like, they've been trying to diversify their workforce for years and it's about time someone called them out on it

. And yeah, the EEOC chair is a bit of a wild card, but come on, intentional racial bias? That sounds like a pretty serious accusation

. I mean, I get where they're coming from, diversity and inclusion are important, but let's not sweep everything under the rug

I'm all for making sure everyone has equal opportunities in the workplace, but let's not forget that Nike's been making strides towards inclusivity... it's like they're trying to make up for lost time

. And what about all those non-white employees they've hired? Don't they count or something?
I guess we'll just have to wait and see how this whole thing plays out, but I'm keeping a close eye on it

. One thing's for sure: the US labor agency is trying to make some noise about enforcing those laws, and that's gotta count for something
